In America, when
we were kids, we could run through the hose on the front lawn to
cool off in the summer heat. In Vietnam, however, that was just not
possible so the children found the next best thing -- skinny dipping in
the river!
The river was dangerous,
filthy, and full of leeches but to a kid when it is hot, it
is just the thing to do.
With all the boys
in the water, it is interesting to note the young ladies in the upper right
of the photo. They seemed strangely curious about the boys!
I wonder why?
